Apologetics

With any teaching or text it is helpful to ask the questions:

What did I learn about God?

What did I learn about man?

How can I apply this to my life this week?

Who can I talk to about what I’ve learned this week?

January 6: Creation, Evolution, and Christianity

Pastor Andy Doyle starts our Apologetics series discussing  the issues of Creation and Evolution. He examines the way christians can approach this topic in a well informed, but loving and understanding way, with those searching for answers.

January 13: The Problem of Evil.

Gregory Hyde outlines the Problem of Evil, and shows that the problem still exists if you're an atheist. For with no God there is no objective moral evil, everything becomes subjective, making evil merely opinions and personal preferences. However, that's clearly not reality. Gregory also shows that it is important to be pastoral in addressing this topic, and to consider the care the person needs who may ask the question.
